Type information
Type locality: Tasmania, Australia (Woelkerling 1998: 342). Holotype: J. Milligan; 1864; no habitat data on type. PC unnumbered, General Herbarium box collection (non-fossil; filed in non-geniculate coralline type collections cabinet under basionym) (Woelkerling 1998: 342). Notes: Holotype fragment: TRH, TRH B18-2606, includes slides 669, 1572 and 1573.
