Keenan; September 1930; Leland Stanford junior University paleontological type collection; No. 5638, includes slide 1158 (Woelkerling 1998: 326) Notes: Isotype: PC, General Herbarium box collection (fossil; filed in non-geniculate coralline type collections cabinet under basionym). Howe (1934: 511, footnote 20) lists the locations of additional isotypes.
