Description: Vegetative part of thallus endophytic in Desmarestia, fertile part forming semiglobular gall-like structures protruding from cortex of host. Unilocular sporangia in cortex of galls. Ill-defined genus, known only from the type collection. Life history and systematic affinities unknown. Endemic to South Georgia.
