Type locality: Middle River, Baltimore Co., Maryland (Desianti, Potapova & Beals 2015: table 1). Holotype: figs 60-61: 3 October 1953; scrapings from barnacle on log. ANSP slide Gc44891 (Desianti, Potapova & Beals 2015: 104, table 1).
