This is a marine species.
Type information
Type locality: Sargasso Sea (34.6333N 66.6500W) (Ota et al. 2009: 318). Holotype: M. Keller; 21 September 1982; Ocean surface water. PC one microscope slide (PC 0145886) (Ota et al. 2009: 317). Notes: Figs 1 and 2 are designated as iconotype figures. Two TEM blocks (PC0145887) are also deposited in PC.
