Type information
Holotype locality: Sira-gawa, Iriomote Jima, Okinawa, Japan (Kumano 1982: 183). Holotype: Matsumota; 23 March 1974; Grows on rock and stones in small mountain streams. Herb. Fac. Sci., Kob Univ. (Kumano 1982: 183). Notes: Isotype: Herbarium of Faculty of Science, Hokkaido University, SAP.
