Invalid: pre-starting-point name. Published in "Garelli Gazzeta Med. Ital.". The name was validated by Gomont (1892: 167) but as Phormidium valderianum (see De Toni 1907: 223), which is a change of epithet. - (28 July 2014) - M.D. Guiry
