Taylor no. 34-397; 30 January 1934; abundant on Galaxaura from surf-beaten rocks south of Black Beach Anchorage; Hancock Foundation; (Taylor 1945: 263, 264) Notes: Type: tetrasporic, spermatangial and cystocarpic (Taylor, 1945).
