Holotype locality: Middle Pleistocene lacustrine sediments in the Kathmandu Basin, Nepal (Hayashi, Tanimura & Sakai 2007: 311). Holotype: Fig. 6, A and B (epitype) From depths of 176.5-148.5 and 133-110.5 m. MPC 04090 (Hayashi, Tanimura & Sakai 2007: 311, 305). Notes: Holotype: MPC- 04090 (Micropaleontology Collection, the National Science Museum, Tokyo.
