Type locality: Chatam-øerne [= Chatham Islands]; (Woelkerling & al. 2005: 349) Holotype: Schauinsland; no date; no habitat data on type; TRH; B18-2594 (Woelkerling & al. 2005: 349) Notes: "TRH, B18-2594, in part, including slides n°301 & 302, coll. Schauinsland, no date; illustrated by Printz (1929, plate 9 figure 10); designated herein (Figure 10k–m)." Designation of a lectotype appears unecessary as only a single gathering was indicated in the protologue.
