Holotype: Dawson 592x-40; no date; on a weathered shell dredged from 12-25 meters depth, Canal de San Lorenzo. Herb. A. Hancock (Dawson 1960: 60). Notes: In Dawson 1960. “In the original publication, 1944, there is an error in citation of the field number of the type in the caption to plate 63, fig. 1 “.
