Hay # MH-1256; epiphytic on Acanthophora spicifera and Thalassia testudinum, 3.0-9.0 m depths, in the Thalassia bed of the back reef lagoon; US; 93577, including microscope slides #US-3692-3685, and liquid preserved material in vial #5574 of jar #552 (Anderson & Wall 1978: 187, 188) Notes: Isotypes: US, ADU, MICH, BISH.
