Type locality: St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands (Woelkerling 1993: 177). Lectotype: Børgesen; 1892; none given. TRH A11-585 (Woelkerling et al. 2005: 90). Notes: This type locality was first recorded by Woelkerling (1993: 177)
