Nomenclatural note
Neurotoxicity in mice similar to that induced by palytoxin. Hemolytic activity. Mascarenotoxin-A and -B isolated. Perhaps be a source of palytoxin poisoning in the southwestern Indian Ocean. Harmful species (Lassus et al. 2017). - (19 May 2017) - M.D. Guiry
