Status of Name
This name is currently regarded as a synonym of Gelinaria ulvoidea Sonder.
Type Information
Notes: On the basis of Alg. Aust. Exsicc. 433 (in Herb. Agardh, LD, 22166) of Nemastoma gelinarioides, from King George Sound, J. Agardh transferred the species to Gelinaria and renamed it G. harveyana (Womersley & Lewis 1994: 208).
