The type species (holotype) of the genus Enantiocladia is Enantiocladia duperreyi (C.Agardh) Falkenberg.
Status of Name
This name is currently regarded as a synonym of Halopithys schottii (W.R.Taylor) L.E.Phillips & De Clerck.
