Type Information
Neotype locality: Seal Rock near Newport, Oregon, USA; (Cho, Choi, Hansen & Boo 2000: 324) Neotype: fig 44: T.O. Cho & G. Hansen; 10 July 1998; Herbarium of Department of Botany, Chungnam National University, Daejon, Korea ; C00044 (Cho, Choi, Hansen & Boo 2000: 324) Notes: A type specimen was not designated by Farlow (1875). Doty (1947) lectotypified C. eatonium with the collection made by Mr. E. Hall in Oregon (probably Clatsop County) in 1871. However, this material is missing (Cho et al. 2000: 324).
