Sahara Number 6 Mine, Ashby-Kolar Research Plots, recultivated spoil after coal mining, without addition of top soil, west south-west of Harrisburg, Illinois; (Bohunicka & al. 2015: 90) Notes: "Dried specimen from culture of sample, A. Lukešová, November 2009 (holotype: CBFS! A-041-1, Herbarium at the Department of Botany, Faculty of Science, University of South Bohemia, Czech Republic). Reference strain: CCALA 1063 (Culture Collection of Autotrophic Organisms at the Institute of Botany of the ASCR, T?ebo?, Czech Republic)."
