Santiago; 26 April 2013; HMAR; 2594 (Santiago & al. 2016: 140) Notes: Molecular vouchers: rbcL (GenBank no. KR866021), cox1 (GenBank no. KR011965) and UPA (GenBank no. KR872421). Holotype is illustrated as Fig. 1.
