Warsaw (epitype) (Karnkowska-Ishikawa et al. 2010: 178) Notes: Lukomska-Kowalczyk et al. (2020: 1148) note the epitypification statement published in Karnkowska-Ishikawa et al. 2010 (p. 178) does not include the phrase "designated here". They designated the epitype (Karnkowska-Ishikawa et al. 2010, fig. 1r) in their 2020 publication.
