Habitat notes
In soft bottom sample and in maerl. Basso (1995: 358) notes that this species occurs commonly in circalittoral coastal detritic bottoms (DC; Pérès & Picard, 1964), and with the "maerl" species Phymatholithon calcareum and L. corallioides. - (28 Jun 2010) - Wendy Guiry
