Type information
Type locality: ‘Ad Tintigin’ (Tangier, Morocco) (Dawson 1962: 4). Holotype: Hornemann; LD? (Dawson 1962: 4). Notes: Dawson (1962: 4) notes that the holotype is a Hornemann collection from Herb. Schousboe, probably in the Agardh Herbarium, Lund, Sweden.

Adjective B (Latin), elegant (Stearn 1973).
