Description: Of doubtful taxonomic affinity growing as parasite on tetrasporangia of Centroceras clavulatum Agardh. Plant cushion-like inner cells large, outer cells small, carpogonial branch 3- or 4-celled on outer cortical cells, carpospores embedded in cortex. Spermatangia on outer cells. Tetrasporangia numerous in outer cortex, tetrahedrally divided.
