Type locality: Tsuyazki, Fukuoka Prefecture. northern Kyushu, Japan (Kawaguchi, Wang, Horiguchi, Sartoni & Masuda 2001: 435). Holotype: S. Kawaguchi; 6.4.1989; SAP 088175 (Kawaguchi, Wang, Horiguchi, Sartoni & Masuda 2001: 435).
